Voltic (GH) Limited (Voltic), has given new meaning to love at Christmas as they renew the hope of the pupils of the Medie Presbyterian School to strive for academic excellence again.

Hitherto the intervention of Voltic, pupils of the Medie Presbyterian school had to study I sandy floors and use stones as study chairs. The situation has resulted in several pupils dropping out of school causing immense worry for future of their education.

When this came to the attention of Voltic, the number of the natural mineral brand dedicated time to concrete the floors, providing 100 desks need to accommodate 200 pupils of the school.

Voltic’s Managing Director, Mr Francis Gazania who led the management team and employees of Voltic during the communal labour reiterated the company’s dedication to enhancing the lives of members within the Medie Community as part of their sustainability framework of creating a healthy, empowered and refreshed country.

“As host Community of our Business, this year, Voltic has partnered with leaders of the Medie Community to enhance the lives of Women and school children. This we did through the provision of rain water harvesting system to Adjen kotoku Senior High School, Breast screening exercise in October and the provision of road crossing signs to manage the road accident on our main road. Since we are in season of giving, we believe there is no better gift than restoring the joy of learning to pupils of the Medie Presbyterian School and the entire community”

Community members who participated in the exercise were full of gratitude to Voltic for the continuous support towards the development of the community.

A Parent noted “When I heard that Voltic was coming here with new desks for the children, I was so happy. Now I don’t have to worry about my child having difficulty writing in the classroom or returning home with a dirty uniform every day. Thank you Voltic.”

Amidst the high industrial season to end the year, Management and staff of Votic volunteered on Saturday to cement the classroom floor and donated 100 new desks to enhance teaching and learning at the Medie Presbyterian School.

The exercise in intended to give children of Medie a cause to hope again in quality education. The company remains keen on delivering more sustainable projects that benefits women; improve water, sanitation and environmental as they continue to refresh Ghanaians with best quality products.
