The national Under-20 women’s team the Black Princesses has clinched a place at the this year’s FIFA U20 World Cup to be hosted in France in August, after punishing Cameroon 3-0(a-1 on aggregate) on Saturday at Cape Coast Stadium.
Ernestina Abamibila scored the opener with a shot for Ghana to achieve the lead in the 18th minute. Priscilla Adubea and Sandra Owusu Ansah who came into the game as substitute doubled with the a goal each to grab all the three points for the Ghanaian princesses.
Ghana who is makeing her fourth apperance at the World Cup will be joined by the Falconets of Nigeria. It will be the fourth time the two teams will be making such advent on the global front.
